Mini & Me Yoga

Mini & Me yoga sessions are a beautiful way to connect with your littles! Classes focus on a gentle, playful practice where babies/toddlers are part of the movement and flow, not on the sidelines. Parents bond with their little ones through breath, touch, and shared poses while building strength, connection, and calm together.

Private Sessions & Events

Private kids yoga sessions are available in a one-on-one or small group setting, as well as for special events such as birthday parties. This options offers a customized, playful practice tailored to your space and age group. Perfect for birthdays, playgroups, schools, or celebrations, each session blends movement, mindfulness, and fun in a calm, engaging way.

Through yoga, mindfulness, and creative play, children build body awareness, confidence, and emotional regulation in a supportive, welcoming space. Classes are pressure-free and full of imagination—supporting happy bodies, steady minds, and kids who feel good being themselves.
